FAQ

Presentations

Can I make a presentation?

Anyone who has completed registration (including payment) can submit an abstract.  We reserve the right to reject abstracts or posters based on content and relevance to the workshop topic, and to organize them into sessions as we see fit.

Should I give a poster or a talk?

All presentations are posters unless we specifically invite you to speak.

What is the poster format?

Posters may be up to 46" (115 cm) wide and 44" (110 cm) high.

How can I submit more than one abstract?

Important - Please write us at winterworkshop2010@physics.ucf.edu before you add a second abstract!

If you need to submit one addition abstract, in addition to the one you already have submitted, please visit:

http://planets.ucf.edu/node/add/abstract

after logging in, and create your new abstract.

Once created, you will see two abstracts at:

http://planets.ucf.edu/meetings/winterworkshop2010/abstract

which is the page you arrive at when you click on the Meetings -> WinterWorkshop 2010 -> Manage Abstract link.
